Feed My Hungry People, Inc.'s mission is to
transport, store, and distribute food and commodities to
thousands of the most impoverished people in Northern
Arizona.
Originally an international organization (known as Feed
My People International, LTD), we now have re-focused
our energies on the extensive needs in America primarily
providing hunger support in Arizona and the Southwest as
well as disaster relief nationally.
Through the
Northern Arizona Food Bank [NAFB], we work in
conjunction with existing social service agencies,
churches, civic organizations, food banks, and national
hunger relief organizations. Our organization
supports the efforts of our food bank which is
determined to wipe out malnutrition and extinguish the
flames of hunger in Flagstaff and across Northern
Arizona.
Our food bank primarily services communities throughout
the Arizona region including: Flagstaff, Sedona,
Prescott Valley, Kingman, Needles (California), Page,
Snowflake, and many other regional cities. Our food bank
is also very active in helping the Native American
population through our regular food deliveries to the
Navajo, Hopi, Yavapai, and Apache Reservations. We also
are available when large national disasters occur and
have trucked food relief across America. It is our
goal to help those that are hungry and in need and be a
positive presence in Northern Arizona, the Southwest,
and across the United States of America. |
